In the 19th century, the tally fabric was created for the first time in the city of Asyut. Tally is a unique Asyut fabric handcrafted through an embroidery technique from geometric shapes with threads made from silver, nickel or copper on the tulle or mesh fabric.

A storyboard is a visual outline of a film. It’s an important part of the preproduction process that shows everything that’s going to happen in your finished piece.

The Faculty of Arts and Design is inviting the students to the Cinematic Storyboard Workshop by artist, expert, and illustrator Ahmad Yousry, who will give an in-depth guide to the fundamentals: from storyboard mechanics and camera angles, to shot progression and staging, as well as current digital storyboarding and pre-visualization practices. In addition, the session will give a model on “The Art of Storyboarding for Film and TVC” by Ahmed Yousry.

COP27 Environment Day will be celebrated at The World Summit of 2022 under the slogan "We Own Only One Earth,". “Harvest Three”, was the title of MSA Arts and Design Faculty Exhibition which included an exquisite output of all students of various design majors like; Interior Design, Media Art, Fashion Design in addition to Cinema and Theater major.
