The Faculty of Physical Therapy invites you to attend an awareness session titled "The Dangers of Smoking and Addiction and Their Negative Impact on the Individual and Society." We will discuss efforts to implement the national strategy for drug prevention, curbing drug proliferation, and combating addiction by raising awareness about their health, social, and economic consequences on individuals and communities. p>

We will also discuss the importance of each individual in society playing a role in reducing the spread of this scourge. It is essential to address the factors leading to an increase in drug use and addiction in society, the types of drugs, and the harm they cause to the nation's future, especially as they significantly target young people. We emphasize that family breakdown and disintegration are major factors in this crisis, and smoking serves as the gateway to the world of addiction and drug use.

Coinciding with the celebration of World Osteoporosis Day, the Faculty of Physical Therapy would like to invite all MSA students and staff members to its scientific day to raise awareness of osteoporosis to learn about the symptoms and factors contributing to the occurrence of the disease.

Osteoporosis is a disease that weakens bones to the point where they break easily and is one of the most frequent diseases in the elder population.

The event aims to clarify the role of physical therapy in the treatment and rehabilitation of cases of osteoporosis and increase awareness of proper nutrition for osteoporosis patients and give some essential tips for a healthy life.

The Faculty of Physical Therapy would like to invite you to attend the scientific day of “The International Week of Breastfeeding” to raise awareness of Women’s health and nutrition during pregnancy and breastfeeding and the role of physical therapy in boosting it.
