The Faculty of Physical Therapy, in collaboration with the Egyphysio Foundation, is excited to announce an intensive two-day training course dedicated to Physical Therapy in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU).

 

The ICU environment is unique, demanding specialized knowledge and skills from Physical Therapists. This course will equip you with the crucial tools to effectively treat critically ill patients and significantly improve their outcomes.

- What to expect upon entering the ICU and the vital role of physiotherapy in this setting.

- Understanding negative and positive pressure ventilation.

- The basics of Mechanical Ventilation.
