Dr. Yasmin Ahmed is an experienced lecturer and enthusiastic researcher in the Mass Communication field. She taught several mass communication courses, gave and supervised several practical training programs in faculty of Mass Communication, Cairo university. Her interest includes psychology of mass communication, mass communication theories, media and social change, Radio and Television drama, and media translation. She joined MSA family in February 2020 and appointed as Student’s Affairs Directors for previous and outstanding experience in this field.

Practical trainer at “students practical training program” at radio and television department, which included training the students in terms of all media production skills, for the academic years 2008-2014.

The direct supervisor of the graduation project “Al Mamlaka” or The Kingdom, a documentary film about Islamic landmarks at Cairo, which has gotten The Award of The Best Students Production At "Hollywood Festival for Students Production".

• Main Supervisor of students’ practical training program of radio and television department, for the second level, regarding the television sector, for the academic years: 2015/2016/2017/2018/2019/2020.
• Participant supervisor of thesis entitled "The relationship between exposure to Teen Sitcom and values among Egyptian teenagers.
• Lecturer of the following courses, Radio & Television department, Faculty of Mass Communication Cairo University, International Academy For Engineering & Media Science - IAEMS, Arab Academy for Science, Technology & Maritime Transport -AAST: Psychological Introduction to Mass communication, Mass Media Theories, Radio & Television Drama, Mass Media and Social Change, Topics in Mass Communication, International Mass communication, Documentary Films, New media, Non-broadcast uses of Television, Entertainment shows production, Thematic channels, Radio & Television Drama. 
•  A member of Quality Unit at faculty of mass communication, Cairo University, responsible for Electronic Masters profile.
•  A member of Academic committee of developing bylaws of English section and post graduate studies at faculty of mass communication, Cairo university.
• The author of the book entitled "Mass Media and Future Aspirations and Orientations: A Vision About Media's Role In Forming And Directing Future Perspectives".
