MSA Physical Therapy Orthopedic Department Hosts Advanced ACL Rehabilitation Workshop for Senior Students
In continuation of the series of workshops aimed at enhancing the educational process and commitment to clinical excellence, the Orthopedic Department – Faculty of Physical Therapy at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA), under the patronage of Prof. Dr. Olfat Diab, successfully conducted the hands-on clinical workshop “ACL Rehab: From Day One to Return to Sport” for Level 4 and Level 5 students.
The workshop provided practical clinical insights and evidence-based approaches covering ACL anatomy and biomechanics, expert clinical assessment, decision-making between surgical and conservative management, prehabilitation and rehabilitation principles, return-to-sport planning using functional testing, motor learning strategies, and practical application of the isokinetic device.
The session was delivered by Dr. Mostafa Hamdy, Knee and ACL Rehabilitation Specialist and Founder of Kinetix Clinics, who provided an engaging and clinically rich learning experience. We extend our sincere appreciation to Dr. Mostafa Hamdy and all participating students for their enthusiasm and active participation, and we look forward to continuing our commitment to advancing clinical education and preparing future physiotherapists for excellence.
