
Dr. Rammez Mitry Represents MSA University at Techne Summit
The Faculty of Nutrition and Food Technology at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) is proud to share the participation of Dr. Rammez Mitry, Assistant Lecturer at the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Technology, as a speaker at Techne Summit, where he contributed to two panel discussions exploring the evolving role of science and technology in sports performance and coaching.
Exploring Data and Biology in Athletic Performance
During the first panel, entitled “Inside the Athlete’s Body: How Data and Biology Are Changing Performance,” Dr. Rammez Mitry discussed the role of DNA testing in optimizing athletic performance.
His contribution highlighted how genetic insights can help identify suitable nutritional choices for individual athletes, as well as detect genetic predispositions to injuries. Such insights can support targeted preventive exercises designed to help athletes maintain their performance and reduce injury risks.
Technology and the Future of Online Coaching
In the second panel, “How Technology Has Transformed the Online Coaching and Supplement Field,” Dr. Rammez Mitry served as moderator, leading discussions on developments in the supplement field and the positive impact of Artificial Intelligence (AI) on online coaching.
The discussion explored the evolving relationship between technology, coaching, and supplementation, highlighting how emerging digital tools are contributing to changes across the field.
