
Dr. Saafan Amer, MSA Faculty of Languages Member, Brings Arabic–Spanish Interpretation Expertise to Alamein–Africa Forum
Dr. Saafan Amer, a faculty member at the Faculty of Languages and Spanish language lecturer for students of the Faculties of Languages and Mass Communication at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA), participated in the Alamein–Africa Forum, held in New Alamein City from 2 to 4 October 2026.
Dr. Saafan Amer contributed to the forum through simultaneous interpretation between Arabic and Spanish, supporting communication during the forum’s official activities.
His interpreting responsibilities included providing simultaneous interpretation for H.E. the President of the Arab Republic of Egypt, the Prime Minister, the Ministers of Health and Investment, and other members of the accompanying delegation.
His participation highlights the professional application of language and interpretation skills in high-level events and reflects the expertise of MSA’s academic staff in specialized linguistic and professional fields.
It also demonstrates the practical relevance of language education and the importance of developing strong communication and interpretation skills that enable graduates and academics to contribute effectively to international and official events.
