As part of its ongoing commitment to advancing professional development and applied scientific training, the Faculty of Pharmacy at MSA University successfully delivered one of the most anticipated and impactful sessions within its Continuous Education Program on Wednesday, 22 July 2026. The event witnessed remarkable engagement and a strong turnout, reflecting the growing interest in advanced analytical and interdisciplinary research approaches.
Organized by the Department of Pharmacognosy, the hands-on workshop titled “Decoding Plant Metabolomes: From LC–MS/MS Interpretation to Multivariate Statistical Modeling” was delivered by Dr. Ibrahim Ezzeldin, Lecturer at the Department of Pharmacognosy, Faculty of Pharmacy, MSA University. The session attracted a large and diverse audience, including faculty members, researchers, postgraduate students, and professionals from different disciplines and universities across Egypt as Cairo university , BUE , GUC , Heliopolis university and Chinese university.
The workshop was designed to effectively bridge theoretical knowledge with practical application, providing participants with an immersive, application-oriented training experience in plant metabolomics. It was characterized by strong engagement and dynamic interaction across both hands-on sessions and scientific discussions. Participants showed notable enthusiasm, particularly during the practical components, and expressed high appreciation for the depth, rigor, and overall quality of the content.
Attendees also expressed strong interest in participating in future advanced sessions within the Continuous Education Program, highlighting the importance of such initiatives in supporting their academic research and professional development.
