Faculty of Mass Communication Journal Achieves International Recognition in Web of Science
In a new scientific achievement added to the record of the Faculty of Mass Communication at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts, the University proudly announces the inclusion of 15 research papers published in the Journal of Media and Interdisciplinary Studies within the internationally recognized Web of Science database.
This accomplishment follows the successful registration of the Digital Object Identifier (DOI) for each research paper, as part of the Faculty’s ongoing efforts to enhance the quality of academic publishing, increase the international visibility of Egyptian research, and strengthen the University’s global academic standing.
The process was successfully led by Dr. Mary Habib, who supervised the coordination and completion of the indexing procedures in accordance with international standards, under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Reham Samy, Vice Dean for Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research, and Associate Prof. Dr. Samar Galal, Head of the Journalism Department and Managing Editor of the Journal.
The working team also included:
Dina Adel, Haidy Yehia, Mariam Kamal, Radwa Ahmed, Rowan Hamada, and Zeina El-Bagoury.
