Hala Alaa Maher Shines on the African Stage with Three Swimming Medals

October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) proudly congratulates Hala Alaa Maher on an outstanding sporting achievement after securing three medals on the African stage, marking another distinguished accomplishment for MSA students in competitive sports.

Under the patronage of H.E. Prof. Abdelaziz Konsowa, Minister of Higher Education and Scientific Research, and the Federation of Africa University Sports (FASU),

Competing at a high continental level, Hala delivered a strong performance across several swimming events, demonstrating consistency, technical ability, endurance, and determination throughout the competition. Her participation across both butterfly and individual medley events also reflects the versatility required to perform successfully across different swimming disciplines.

Hala achieved the following results:

Silver Medal — 200m Butterfly
Bronze Medal — 200m Individual Medley
Bronze Medal — 400m Individual Medley

Securing three medals across three demanding events represents a remarkable achievement and highlights Hala’s ability to maintain a strong level of performance throughout the competition.
