The Faculty of Arts and Design at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts is organizing a special ceremony to honor its students and faculty members from the Graphic Arts and Advertising Department, in recognition of their outstanding achievements in the Arab StarPack International Competition for the years 2024 and 2025.
Over the past six years, MSA students have demonstrated exceptional excellence in sustainable packaging design, earning a total of 37 international awards since the University first participated in the competition. This remarkable accomplishment reflects the Facultyโs continuous commitment to creativity, innovation, and global standards in design.
The most recent editions marked a significant milestone, with students winning 3 out of 7 awards in 2024, followed by an outstanding achievement of 9 out of 11 awards in 2025, outperforming hundreds of participants from universities across Egypt and the Arab region.
The Arab StarPack Competition, organized by the Lebanese Packaging Center in collaboration with United Nations Industrial Development Organization (UNIDO) and the World Packaging Organization, serves as a prestigious international platform promoting innovation and sustainability in packaging design. MSA students have excelled by delivering projects that combine creative excellence with environmentally responsible solutions.
In celebration of these achievements, the Faculty cordially invites interested attendees and media representatives to attend the awards ceremony and accompanying exhibition showcasing the winning projects.
