In celebration of Heart Health and Diabetes Awareness Month, the Faculty of Physical Therapy at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA), in collaboration with the Social and Sports Activities Department, will host a Sports Day on campus.
The event will include a variety of activities such as:
* Running Marathon
* Cycling
* Volleyball, Basketball, and Football Matches
* Short Relaxation & Breathing Control Sessions
Additionally, students and staff members will have the opportunity to participate in blood pressure and blood sugar check-ups. Winners of the various sports competitions will also be honored, in coordination with the Social and Sports Activities Department.
