Faculty of Engineering Applies for National Accreditation
On 29th of December, 2020;
The National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education team is currently visiting the Faculty of Engineering, on a visit that will be held over three days, comprising a two-day virtual visit on 29th and 30th of December, 2020, and one day for the on-campus visit, on 5th of January, 2021.
Faculty of Dentistry Applies for National Accreditation
On 6th of December, 2020;
The National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education team is currently visiting the Faculty of Dentistry, on a visit that will be held over three days, comprising a two-day virtual visit on 6th and 7th of December, and one day for the on-campus visit, on 13th of December, 2020.
NAQAAEโs Ninth Forum of Universities Quality Centres Managers
On 30th of September, 2019;
The Head of the University QAAC contributed in NAQAAEโs 9th periodical forum of the Heads of Quality Assurance Centres in Egyptian Universities, which was held on the 30th of September, 2019, at Misr University for Science and Technology.
International Conference hosted by AUC
On 3rd of November, 2019;
The Deputy Director of the University QAAC attended the American University in Egyptโs conference โAccreditation or Ranking in Higher Education: Which is Which?โ that was held on November 3rd, 2019.
The conference addressed the importance of both accreditation and ranking, a brief about the Accreditation Board for Engineering and Technology (ABET), as well as the Quacquarelli Symonds (QS) and Times Higher Education (THE) ranking criteria.
Biotechnologyโs Measuring Achievement Programme
On 30th of July, 2019;
MSA University Quality Assurance and Accreditation Centre in cooperation with the Faculty of Biotechnology, has measured the achievement of the Facultyโs programme intended learning outcomes (ILOโs), which has been discussed and announced in the QAACโs Council Meeting held on 30th of July, 2019.
It is worth mentioning that measuring the achievement of ILOโs is a highly important practice in the Teaching and Learning process, fulfilling some of the fundamental criteria of national and international Quality Assurance and Accreditation Agencies.
The QAAC Members participate in NAQAAEโs Sixth International Conference
On 12th – 13th of June, 2019;
MSA University Quality Assurance and Accreditation Centre members attended the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Educationโs Sixth International Conference โBetween International Planning and Regional Implementationโ, which was held over 2 days; 12th – 13th of June, 2019.
The conference discussed the challenges that face internationalization of education, regional and international networking, and NAQAAEโs role in โThe Year of Education: 2019โ, Egypt’s 2030 vision, and the governmentโs plan for education reform.
Quality Enhancement Awareness Campaign
On 1 January, 2019;
The University Quality Assurance and Accreditation Centre started launching its systematic Quality Enhancement Awareness Campaign today.
The campaign will be addressing different Faculties and Administrative Departments with Quality Assurance messages, which contain definitions of QA terminology and indicators for best practices in different University activities and processes.
NAQAAEโs Seventh Forum of Universities Quality Centres Managers

The Head of the University QAAC contributed in NAQAAEโs 7th periodical forum of the Heads of Quality Assurance Centres in Egyptian Universities, which was held on the 23rd of December, 2018, at Assiut University.
QAAC Membersโ Participation in the University of Sadat Cityโs First International Conference
On 3 May, 2018;
The University Quality Assurance and Accreditation Centre members attended the University of Sadat Cityโs (USC) 1st international conference in the field of Quality Assurance systems entitled โQuality Assurance is a Road to the Internationalization of Universitiesโ.
The conference was held over 2 days; 25th – 26th of November, 2018, in cooperation with the Association of Arab Universities (AARU) and the participation of the National Authority for Quality Assurance and Accreditation of Education (NAQAAE).
