Before joining to the academic career I have an industrial experiences at reputable factories such as Heinz Egypt and Blue skies Egypt in the field of Quality assurance and Food safety. Got my M.Sc. & PhD. in 2014 & 2019 respectively from Botany & Microbiology Department, College of Science, King Saud University, Riyadh Saudi Arabia. I authored and co-authored 13 articles which published at ISI Journals beside supervising many undergraduate students. My overarching research interests revolve around marine microbial ecology and Biotechnology, the interactions between microbial communities, their genome and the resulting mutations due to unfavorable environmental conditions or nutrient limitations. Working Specially on Actinobacteria specially Streptomyces famous with producing active metabolites that could be useful in many fields such as agriculture in the form of bactericides and fungicides also in the field of medicine as antibacterials and antifungals and antivirals. |
