Mohamed Khaled Farrag, student at the Faculty of Engineering, 3rd level at Mechatronics Department wrote his novel “ما تبقي من الحب” that got published by “Kutubna” publishing house.

Amina El-Haggan, graduated in 2020 from the Faculty of Engineering (Communication Engineering Department), wrote her novel “CASA” that got published by “Kutubna”publishing house.

Amina is interested in writing, reading and playing the piano. Her mind is full of thoughts and her heart is filled with love; publishing this book is her first step to be spreading what she has to the world.

MSA University would love to congratulate Omar El Hassan a graduate of the Faculty of Mass Communications Class of 2019 for participating in the writing and for being in the representation team of the "Five-Star" Program on MBC Egypt that will be broadcasted next Ramadan. Omar El Hassan began his artistic career in the field of comedic stand in 2014 and as a presenter in Radio Fi Ma'ak, which is considered the most popular online radio program.

October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA University) congratulates the Faculty of Pharmacy and the Office of the Egyptian Federation for Pharmacist Students (EPSF-MSA) as the student Engy Emad won the first place in the annual competition for the most important event “PHocus” under the supervision of Prof. Dr. Hanan Al-Laithi, Dean of the Faculty of Pharmacy, and Prof. Dr. Nora Abu Rehab supervisor of the activity. This event was hosted on Wednesday 7th of April, 2021 in the New Damietta with the participation of 37 Faculties of Pharmacy across the Arab Republic of Egypt, outperforming 74 participating students from different Faculties of Pharmacy in Egypt on the topic of the global epidemic of Coronavirus (COVID-19).

Mohamed Abdelhay, a marvelous graduate from MSA University with a Bachelor's Degree in Business and is currently gaining global recognition as a Creative Professional Digital creator for his unique artwork as he is passionate about arts, graphics, and photography. As a result of his hard work, various well-known newspapers such as London Daily Post and New York weekly wrote about him for his amazing and distinctive work.

Miral Mahilian, A broadcasting student at the Faculty of Mass Communication at MSA University who had a major leading role and a prominent activity in the global ceremony “The Golden parade” that was held on the 3rd of April, 2021 as 22 royal mummies were paraded through the streets of Downtown Cairo.

MSA University would love to give a round of applause and to congratulate Salma Mustafa Abdel Rahman, a final year student at the faculty of Dentistry who achieved a great achievement in the history of Egyptian Rowing as she won the third place in the World Indoor Rowing Championship, which was held from February 23 to 28 - Women U-23, Lightweight, 500-meter Race.

Our biotechnology student Nancy Karem have stunned the medical community in the world after developing a new way that involves nano technology to target only cancer cells and leave normal cells harmless.

As active members in the American association of blood banks, Hadi Shahin the LA at the faculty of Biotechnology and the team from cell safe cord blood bank participated in the american association of blood banks annual meeting, for advancing transfusion and cellular therapies, San Diego 17. During their participation, a random selection process enabled the complimentary registration to the 16 International cord blood symposium that will be held in June 2018 in San Diego, while having a random selection process accounts for coincidence, recognition as a participating team globally to cord blood banking from Egypt is in itself an noteworthy award.

On April 28, 2011, MSAs Computer Sciences students won the Best Project Award in the festival of Zayed University to build the web application for Zayed Institute for Software Engineering (ZISE). There were great inputs to this web application that's why it was accepted and won the award.

MSA University is proud to announce that its excelling Biotechnology students Cherine Amr and Fatma El Zahraa Salama were awarded the Nobel Prize in Chemistry and Medical Sciences at the Asian Science Camp which was held in Daejon, Korea from the 7th to the 13th of August 2011. Their project was a great piece of work under the title “Targeting a specific receptor in the brain tumor to facilitate the passage of the drug through the blood brain barrier.”

MSA University is proud to introduce this spectacular student talent, Ahmad H. Amin, a senior in Dentistry, as the University's first widely published fiction author who is soon going international!

There were more than 52 participating schools and universities and the competition was very high but the MSA delegation not only won the “Best Delegation" award, but also dominated the individual awards. Yousra Shawki was awarded “Best Delegate of the Economic & Social Council”. Sherif El-Ashiry received the “Best Delegate of the International Criminal Court” award. Also Mohamed Ali got the “Best Delegate of the University Level BIMUN”. 

MSA’s Adham Mohamed Saeed competed amongst 2000 registered teams and was able to win 1st place in the Citizenship category for his project. The project was aimed at solving the garbage problem in the world by creating a mobile application that has features such as locating the nearest garbage bins and their recycling category, statistics about garbage dump locations, and smart navigating solutions for the cleaning companies.

Aicha Massrali, the assistant lecturer at faculty of Biotechnology, has traveled to the United Kingdom to attend her Msc Graduation Ceremony at Rochester Cathedral, University of Greenwich, UK on 26^th July 2013. Aicha was graduated from Faculty of Biotechnology in 2009. Aicha has a great input in the faculty, she is one the quality assurance team and she has awarded the best TA  

Omar El Kady was MSA Pharmacy graduate of class 2011. He achieved his one year Master of Science at University of Greenwich and his programme was MSc Formulation Science Now. Back to MSA after one year he became an assistant lecturer in Department of Pharmaceutics, Faculty of Pharmacy. Congratulations Omar for the good achievement and welcome back.

Ahmed Akram Fawzi Abdelgawad, MSA Engineering student, had just received this acknowledgement from the University of Greenwich indicating his achievement with distinction of MSc from Faculty of Engineering and Science. 

It is with great pride to announce the distinctive achievement of MSA Team3 who won the 3rd place on the Regional level which included entries from universities from all Arab States, and 2nd place jointly with MSA Team1 on the National level which included entries from Egyptian universities. 

MSA’s very own talented Amr Ahmed Allam was crowned 1st place winner in Egypt of the Redbull Doodle Art competition. Amr will participate in the World Doodle Art Finals in Cape Town, South Africa

When October University for Modern Sciences and Arts organized yet another successful science fair, MSA picked the three of the best young inventors from schools across the country to represent Egypt at the I-SWEEEP International Olympiad in Houston Texas, USA. MSA is pleased to announce that two students walked away with the Gold and Bronze medals in Engineering Category and Environmental Category. Dr. Gehan Safwat of Faculty of Biotechnolog, served as their supervisor and advisor throughout the experience.

Our very own Gehan Hammad received her MSc degree from the University of Greenwich with First Class Honours in Biotechnology MSc. The commencement ceremony was held on the 24^thof July 2014.

Faculty of Management Sciences is proud to host a group of senior students under the supervision of Prof. Doaa Abdou, Economics Department, published a chapter 12 in the International Handbook of Research on Developing Sustainable Value in Economics, Finance, and Marketing. The handbook is published in United States of America by the IGI. The team consisted of Alia Farouk, Donia Kamal, Farah Tarkhan, and Nada Mohamed who provided the latest empirical research findings on how sustainable development can work not just for organizations, but for the global economy as a whole.

MSAian awarded 1st place in international contest.Faculty of Management Sciences of Modern Sciences and Arts University selected the talented Mirna Mohamed Shehab of accounting discipline to represent Egypt in a contest for best accountants of "Taxation System", among worldwide universities.Mirna Shehab got the first place in that contest which made her eligible to be nominated to represent Egypt in Netherlands which will be held tentatively between November 30th : December 4th, 2014

A sweeping success and great impact were the share of two of MSA Grad students; Aliaa Asaad and Khaled Mohamed, of ESE Department, Faculty of Engineering, who have submitted a paper, titled “Wide Band High Selective Compact Metamaterial Antenna for 2 GHz Wireless Applications", to the 10th InternationalLoughborough Antennas & Propagation Conference (LAPC) 2014, where it was successfully accepted.

The best Thesis award of Cairo University was granted to MSA's Ghada Mohamed Ali Alakhdar of Faculty of Languages for her thesis titled: "Cyber Text Morality Online and the Promotion of Cultural Diversity". Under the supervision of Prof.Dr. Sahar Sobhi Abdel Hakim

Ms. Mai Mamdouh a staff member at the Faculty of Languages has been recognized by Cairo University as one of the best MBAs candidates. During a ceremony that took place in the presence of Cairo University president and top management administration of both the university and the Faculty of Commerce, Ms. Mai Mamdouh proudly received her award on Thursday, December 4, 2014.

TA Rima Mohamed Akram Akid got her Master Degree in Biotechnology from Manchester University in UK. She also got a Medal as she was nominated the "Student of the Year".

Ahmed Sheble - Best Achiever at "Gate to Elevate". Astra-Zeneca, the global multinational pharmaceutical company held a closing conference for all students who participated in the summer national training program "Gate to Elevate” 2014 at Semiramis Intercontinental Hotel.

Eight of our MSA's Biotechnology students participated in Science Operations Leaders in Egypt "SOLE"2015 in the Conference Center of Medicine at Cairo University.
