Ms. Sally Saeed received her master's degree in PR & Advertising with grade " Excellent". Her thesis tackled " The Impact of Internet Marketing on Customer Satisfaction and Loyalty: A Case Study". She has practical experience in the advertising field as she worked at several advertising agencies. Ms. Saeed has been assisting in teaching many courses such as International Communication, Media Ethics, Media Planning, Integrated Marketing Communication, Mass Media Theories, & Advertising graduation projects. She also serves at the Department Learning & Quality, Faculty of Mass Communication, MSA. Mr. Loay Fahmy has joined MSA in 2009; since then he assists in a variety of courses both theoretical and practical. Aside from academia, Mr. Fahmy is a presenter at Euro-FM radio since 2009. Prior to that, he was an on-air TV presenter at ART network. Mr. Fahmy is also a festival executive manager. His line of work includes the CIFF, CIFFC, Afro-China Arts and Folklore Festival, and Awladna International Forum for Arts of the Gifted.

On the academic side, Mr. Fahmy currently pursues a master’s degree in international communication.
