MSA University proudly celebrates a remarkable achievement from the Faculty of Computer Science
Our talented students Joy Naoum and Revana Magdy, in collaboration with Dr. Ali Hamdi, from the Faculty of Computer Science at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) have made significant international contributions with two outstanding research papers as part of their graduation project research work.
These contributions are part of the students’ graduation project on AI-powered oral cancer detection, highlighting their dedication to advancing healthcare technology through intelligent systems.
“Data-Augmented Multimodal Feature Fusion for Multiclass Visual Recognition of Oral Cancer Lesions” – Published at the 8th International Conference of Reliable Information and Communication Technology (IRICT 2026), this paper introduces a deep learning framework that fuses multimodal clinical and image metadata for improved early detection and classification of oral cancer lesions.
“Novel Architecture of RPA in Oral Cancer Lesion Detection” – Presented at the 11th International Congress on Information and Communication Technology (ICICT 2026), this study introduces an innovative Robotic Process Automation (RPA) framework integrated with deep learning, streamlining the detection of oral lesions and supporting faster clinical decision-making.
Both papers will be published in Springer’s Lecture Notes on Data Engineering and Communications Technologies.
Congratulations to Revana, Joy, and Dr. Ali for these remarkable contributions, reflecting the excellence and innovation of MSA students on the international stage!
