Faculty Of Mass Communication Students Attend the Opening of Chinese Film Week in Egypt
A delegation from the Faculty of Mass Communication at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) attended the opening ceremony of Chinese Film Week in Egypt, hosted at Cinema Zamalek. The event is organized by National Film Administration of China in cooperation with the Embassy of the People’s Republic of China in Cairo, as part of strengthening cultural and cinematic cooperation between Egypt and China. The event also coincides with the celebration of the 70th anniversary of Egyptian–Chinese diplomatic relations.
The university delegation comprised 12 male and female students, accompanied by Dr. Mery Habib, General Coordinator of the Radio Platforms Program, Teaching Assistant Dawlat Ali, and Ms. Eman Al-Ahl, from the Public Relations Department.
The students’ participation in this international cultural event reflects the Faculty’s continuous commitment to providing its students with opportunities to explore global cinematic experiences, engage with the international film industry, and gain direct exposure to major film festivals and artistic events.
Such participations play a vital role in enriching students’ academic and practical knowledge, broadening their cultural perspectives, and strengthening their connection with the global creative and media industries.
