
Strong Student Turnout Marks IBM Career Path and Technical Session at MSA University
The Computer Systems Engineering Department at MSA University welcomed a strong turnout of students to the IBM Career Path and Technical Session, an industry-focused event that connected career planning with emerging technology. The high level of attendance and active participation reflected students’ interest in gaining direct insight from leading IBM professionals.
Ms. Amina Zaki, IBM HR Country Leader, introduced students to IBM’s professional environment, organisational culture, human resources strategy, career development resources, and Life at IBM. Ms. Abeer Selim, IBM Senior Solution Consultant – Egypt CIC HCM-Custom Practice Lead, explored IBM’s history, Egypt’s digital transformation journey, intelligent systems, and advances in technology and research. Both workshops concluded with engaging discussions and questions from students.
The event was coordinated with the support of Dr. Mona Farouk, Head of the Innovation Hub, and Dr. Samer Ibrahim, Head of the Computer Systems Engineering Department.
