MSA Management Sciences Students Gain Practical Stock Market Experience Through Simulation Training

As part of the cooperation protocol between the Egyptian Exchange and MSA, the Faculty of Management Sciences, Department of Finance and Investment Management, organized a specialized Stock Market Simulation Training Program, successfully completed by 30 students from different academic levels and specializations.

The four-day training program was held from 4 to 7 October, at MSA University, with the participation of a group of specialists from the Egyptian Exchange.

Throughout the program, students were introduced to a range of fundamental concepts related to investment and financial markets, including financial markets and their participants, primary and secondary markets, types of companies, market indices, saving and investment strategies, financial and technical analysis, trading operations, brokerage firms and their services, and margin trading.

The training also covered sustainability, voluntary carbon markets, and commodity exchanges, providing students with broader insights into different aspects of financial markets and investment.

The program concluded with a practical simulation experience through the StockRiders application, allowing students to apply the concepts and knowledge covered throughout the training in a simulated trading environment.

Through this training program, the Faculty of Management Sciences at MSA continues to provide students with practical learning opportunities that complement their academic studies and strengthen their understanding of financial markets and investment practices.
