Vision
To be the trusted student-run backbone of MSA University’s events — recognized for professionalism, hospitality, and flawless on-the-ground execution at every major campus event.
Mission
To recruit and train a professional student ushering and event-management team that plans, staffs, and delivers university events and ceremonies smoothly — from registration and guest hospitality to stage management and crowd coordination — welcoming members from every faculty.
Aims and Objectives
- Recruit and train a certified ushering team in etiquette, hospitality, protocol, and event-day operations.
- Provide trained ushering and logistics support for university ceremonies, conferences, and partner-club events.
- Run a structured onboarding program covering communication skills, crowd management, and emergency procedures.
- Build partnerships with other clubs and the university events office to become the first point of contact for event staffing.
Core Activities
- Ushering and hospitality training workshops each semester (etiquette, communication, crowd management).
- On-the-ground event staffing for university ceremonies, conferences, and partner-club events.
- A train-the-trainer mentorship program pairing experienced ushers with newcomers.
- An annual best-usher and top-team recognition night celebrating high-performing members.
Membership Note:
Open to all MSA University students from any faculty. No prior experience required — full training is provided; members commit to a minimum number of event shifts each semester.
