FUEL & FIT Club is an academic and practical student initiative within the Faculty of Nutrition and Food Technology. The club bridges the gap between nutrition science, food technology, and physical health by empowering students through workshops, health awareness campaigns, athletic fueling strategies, and community events.

Promote Science-Backed Wellness: Raise campus awareness about balanced diets, proper hydration, and athletic performance fueling using accurate nutrition science.
Bridge Theory and Practice: Organize hands-on workshops, culinary demonstrations, and fitness sessions that translate academic concepts into everyday habits.
