A Prestigious Invitation by the Institute of Chemical Engineering in BAS

Time to celebrate some momentous occasions of our remarkable staff members

Dr. Ahmad Mustafa, a valued staff member from the Faculty of Engineering and a distinguished member of our Center of Excellence, has been extended a prestigious invitation by the Institute of Chemical Engineering, Bulgarian Academy of Sciences (BAS), located in Sofia, Bulgari.

This esteemed invitation is a result of the joint mobility project between BAS and MSA, which aims to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange between our institutions. We are proud to announce that the project, funded by ASRT, focuses on the production of value-added products from biomass residues, a topic of great significance in today’s world.

During his two-week stay, Dr. Mustafa engaged in experimental work alongside the Bulgarian research group, skillfully led by Prof. Konstantza Tonova. Furthermore, in recognition of his outstanding contributions, Dr. Mustafa was presented with a certificate of appreciation, signed by Prof. Kaloyan Petrov, the Head of the Institute of Chemical Engineerin.
