MSA Biotechnology Students Gain Industry Experience

The Faculty of Biotechnology at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) organized a field training programme for its students at leading factories and companies across various industrial sectors, including the food and beverage industry.

As part of the programme, students received practical training at the factories of Vitality Refreshment, producer of V7, and So Good, gaining first-hand exposure to the industrial environment and the application of biotechnology in food and beverage manufacturing.

The training provided students with the opportunity to explore modern production lines, quality standards, and food safety practices, while gaining a closer understanding of how biotechnology is applied within real industrial settings. The training was conducted under the guidance of experienced engineers and specialists.

These field training opportunities reflect the Faculty of Biotechnology’s commitment to connecting academic learning with practical experience and preparing graduates with the scientific and professional skills required by the job market. Through direct exposure to industry, students are able to strengthen their practical capabilities, explore potential career paths, and gain a better understanding of the professional environment before graduation.

The Faculty extends its sincere appreciation to the participating companies and their teams for their warm welcome and valuable cooperation, and looks forward to further partnerships that support students and strengthen applied learning opportunities.
