Fady Ibrahim Brings Industry Experience to MSA’s Fourth-Year Mass Communication Students

The Faculty of Mass Communication at MSA hosted Mr. Fady Ibrahim, an award-winning presenter at Radio 9090 and professional voice-over artist, for a guest session with fourth-year Mass Communication students enrolled in MCOM 422 – Podcast and Vodcast.
The session explored recent developments in broadcasting and digital content production, with a focus on the growing influence of podcasts and vodcasts and their evolving role in today’s media landscape.

Drawing on his professional experience, Mr. Fady Ibrahim shared practical insights into the changing nature of audio and visual content, as well as the latest practices shaping broadcasting and digital media.

The session also included a practical workshop in the University’s Podcast Studios, providing students with hands-on exposure and an opportunity to connect the concepts covered in their academic studies with professional media production.

The workshop offered students valuable insights into current industry practices and strengthened the connection between academic learning and professional experience, helping them better understand the evolving demands of the digital media industry.

The session was held under the coordination and supervision of Dr. Ghada Abaido and Mr. Mohamed Awes.
