In light of the activation of agreement protocols, and as part of our ongoing dedication to advancing education and maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence, the Orthopedics Department at the Faculty of Physical Therapy, October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA), in collaboration with ARC for Scoliosis Physical Therapy Clinics and under the esteemed supervision of Dean Prof. Olfat Diab, is delighted to announce a second series of a specialized workshop entitled “Management of Scoliosis: A 3D Approach.” The workshop will be delivered by Dr. Mahmoud Ibrahim, PT, Ph.D., Lecturer at the German International University, Certified Schroth Best Practice Instructor, and CEO of ARC for Scoliosis Physical Therapy Clinics.
This comprehensive workshop is tailored specifically for Level 4 and Level 5 physical therapy students, offering a valuable opportunity to gain insight into the latest evidence-based strategies for scoliosis management through the 3D Schroth Best Practice approach. The program integrates both theoretical knowledge and hands-on practice, equipping participants with essential skills to effectively address spinal deformities in clinical settings.
The workshop will be conducted over a total of 6 hours, comprising 2 hours of online learning and 4 hours of on-campus sessions, as outlined below:
