MSA University selected to host the Diplomatic Attaché Recruitment Examination by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for the third consecutive year

In alignment with its pioneering role in supporting Egyptian state institutions and strengthening cooperation with governmental bodies and national leadership, October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) is honored—under the leadership of University President Prof. Nader El Bokle—to have been selected for the third consecutive year to host the Diplomatic Attaché Recruitment Examination for the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.

This renewed trust underscores the university’s esteemed standing as a strategic partner in supporting national development.

President Prof. Nader El Bokle and Dr. Engy Mansour, Director of Human Resources, welcomed a distinguished delegation from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, led by:

  • Ambassador Osama Shaltout, Assistant Minister for the Diplomatic, Consular, and Inspection Sector
  • Ambassador Sherif Refaat, Deputy Assistant Minister
  • Counselor Hatem Magid,
    along with several senior members of the diplomatic and consular corps.

In recognition of the deep and ongoing collaboration between the ministry and the university, Ambassador Osama Shaltout honored MSA University by presenting Professor Nader El Bokle with the Shield of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, acknowledging his and the university’s leading role in supporting state initiatives and hosting significant national events.

In return, the University President presented the MSA University Shield to Ambassador Shaltout, in appreciation of his distinguished efforts in advancing Egyptian diplomacy and supporting institutional development.

The ceremony also included the recognition of:

  • Dr. Engy Mansour, Director of Human Resources, for her outstanding contributions, service to the community, and leadership in enhancing administrative excellence.
  • Dr. Islam El Shaarawy, Advisor to the Minister of Foreign Affairs for Digital Transformation, for his dedicated efforts.
  • Dr. Mohamed Salah Nafea (Faculty of Management Sciences, MSA University), who received a certificate of appreciation for preparing strategic leadership training modules, reflecting the university’s commitment to enriching scientific content and promoting practical expertise.
