Faculty of Languages Organizes a Lecture on the Future of Human Resources

The Faculty of Languages at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) recently organized an important awareness lecture entitled “Labor Market Requirements in the Field of Human Resources and Emerging Job Roles.”

The lecture was delivered by Dr. Sherif Osman, a certified HR expert holding both the SHRM-CP and PHRi credentials, with over 10 years of training experience at the American University in Cairo (AUC), where he was recognized multiple times as Best Business Instructor.

Dr. Osman emphasized that ongoing digital transformation has led to the emergence of new job roles that require graduates to acquire advanced analytical and technological skills. He highlighted that success in today’s job market demands well-rounded competencies that combine academic specialization with a deep understanding of the evolving human resources landscape both locally and globally.

The event was attended by a large number of faculty members and students, who engaged in extensive discussions about the essential skills that the labor market—particularly the HR sector—requires from graduates to secure suitable job opportunities.
