The Faculty of Physical Therapy at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA), in collaboration with Al-Bahrain’s “Toast Master El Azzam Club” and the Palestinian Sports Federations and Universities, is pleased to announce the second edition of the international hybrid event held as part of MSA University’s Disability Awareness Week.
This tri-national initiative, “تعاون عربي”, is organized in alignment with the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals—SDG 4: Quality Education and SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities. The event aims to promote awareness of the importance of physical activity, inclusion, and the empowerment of individuals with disabilities, irrespective of disability type.
Additionally, this event brings together students, faculty, and para-athletes from Egypt, Bahrain, and Palestine, to celebrate diversity, inclusion, and the transformative power of physical activity in improving quality of life.
Objectives of the event:
1. Raise awareness about the importance of inclusive physical activity for people with disabilities.
2. Promote collaboration between Arab Countries for sustainable disability inclusion initiatives.
3. Highlight success stories of para-athletes and individuals with disabilities to inspire others.
4. Encourage social inclusion and active participation of university staff, students, and guests.
