The Faculty of Management Sciences Launches Its First PhD in Business Administration

In a significant milestone that reinforces the standing of October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) as a leading educational institution, the University proudly announces the official launch of its Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) in Business Administration program at the Faculty of Management Sciences.

This landmark announcement follows Ministerial Decree No. 1336, issued on 15 July 2025 by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research, authorizing the commencement of the program.
