MSA sports teams Shine at the 6th of October Universities Sector II Championship

In a remarkable display of talent and determination, October University For Modern Sciences And Arts (MSA)’s sports teams dominated the 6th of October Universities Sector II Championship — an event that brought together students from 10 universities across the city.

🏐 First Place – Men’s Volleyball Team
In a thrilling match against Nile University, MSA’s men’s volleyball team secured a hard-fought 2-1 victory to claim the championship title, under the leadership of Captain Shady Shaarawy, MSA’s Volleyball Technical Director.

🏐 First Place – Women’s Volleyball Team
Our women’s volleyball team also impressed, triumphing over the team from Misr University for Science and Technology with an outstanding performance that crowned them champions.

🏀 First Place – Women’s Basketball Team
Meanwhile, the women’s basketball team showcased extraordinary skills, defeating New Giza University in a powerful final to seize the first-place trophy — led by Coach Ahmed Salama.

These exceptional achievements are a testament to MSA University’s steadfast commitment to promoting athletic excellence, fostering leadership, and empowering students to thrive both academically and athletically. All these victories were made possible through the continuous support and guidance of the Youth Welfare Department, led by Dr. Salah Abdel Hady.
