Men: From 08:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Ladies: From 08:00 AM to 07:00 PM
official holidays including Fridays from 2 PM to 10 PM

By joining MSA TrueGym, you will have the following advantages:

To get started:

  • You will do a free In-body analysis to know more about your body including the water, fats, and muscles levels as everybody has a different body type and shape.

Allowed: To bring your yoga mat

Not Allowed: To wear jeans, only sports' clothes - sound amplifiers
