** Transfer students MUST NOT withdraw their file from their current University until they obtain the final explicit approval and acceptance from an official MSA Admission officer. **
MSA welcomes all transfer students from government or privately owned universities. Students are accepted upon providing the admission office with the following documents:
- A full copy of high school documents to check the eligibility of joining the University.
- Good Conduct letter from the student’s previous university (خـــطاب حــسن ســـير وســـلوك)
- For Egyptian males only; a conscription certificate Or Military Service Form “Namouzag 2 and 6 Gond”.
- A copy of the national ID card & a copy of student passport (for Non-Egyptian).
- University transcript + a full detailed original stamped university course description for all subjects.
- Acceptance for the Faculty of Dentistry Transfer Students requires a minimum cumulative G.P.A within the 3–3.5.
- A minimum G.P.A of 2 is required for acceptance into the remaining faculties.
- Fill an online application. [Apply Online].
- Student Interview with the Faculty.
- Sit for MSA English Language Placement Test (ELPT).
- Transfer student is obliged to submit a withdrawal letter that proves that he/she is no longer enrolled in the other university. This final step is mandatory upon approval from the Admission Office and Faculty (خــــطاب ســحب).
NOTE: MSA University has the right to change the admission rules and regulations according to the internal policies of the university with the coordination and approval of the Ministry of Higher Education.
