The faculty was grateful to welcome a plethora of distinguished external examiners and supervisors. A total of 78 external examiners, remarked that the students' performance visibly improves year after year.
The yield of the year was 17 publications in Journals with Impact Factor ranging from 1.77-6.832 and 14 publications are under review in Journals with Impact factor ranging from 1.553-11.467
Moreover, the faculty was honored by the presence of Dr. Mostafa Waziry, the Secretary-General of the Supreme Council of Antiquities.
The day comprised an award ceremony dedicated to honoring our remarkable external supervisors and students who made publications. In addition, students who won competitions, for instance, Sole and Hult competitions along with our alumni who established their own startup companies. The opening ceremony ended with awarding the faculty doctors, teaching assistants, and students.
It was a genuinely unique event with pleasant sessions on fascinating subjects related to cutting-edge research, among the topics there were presentations on the use of 3D printing to construct lab equipment; the evaluation of the anticancer potential of marine microorganisms; the assessment of wounding healing capabilities by using natural ingredients, etc.
