Student Achievements:
Second Place: The team of Antonious Samy, Marwan Hamdan, Bola Eskandar, and Malak El-Banna excelled with their innovative project titled: "Integrating Ergonomics with Art, Design, and Engineering."
Third Place: The team comprising Assistant Lecturers Ahmed Samir, Heba Mohamed, Yasmin Magdy, and student Youssef Islam impressed with their project: "Carpentry Workshop Ergonomics."
The victorious participants also earned prestigious international certification as trainers from the International Society of Ergonomics, underscoring the department’s commitment to academic excellence and practical application.

Prof. Olfat Diab, Dean of Faculty Of Physical Therapy and an esteemed member of the Department of Biomechanics, made a significant impact at the conference. She chaired a special session and delivered a keynote lecture titled "Ergonomics for Everyone," emphasizing the importance of applying ergonomic principles to enhance quality of life and prevent workplace injuries.

The conference also highlighted exceptional research efforts from faculty members: Dr. Omnia Said (Internal Medicine and Geriatrics Department) and Dr. Shaimaa Abdel Rahim (Pediatrics Department) were honored for their research titled: "Inspiratory Muscle Trainer Versus Diaphragmatic Breathing Exercise on 6-Minute Walk Test in Adolescent Girls with End-Stage Renal Disease."
