The Harvest exhibition comes this year in a way that serves Egypt's Vision for 2030 for sustainable development, as it presents ideas and innovations using Augmented Reality (AR) technology in many different fields, as the faculty contributed to applying many practical experiments with students by creating models to test the product virtually to avoid wasting time and efforts to build an actual and physical sample. In addition, the technology gives a sense of the product’s presence naturally with the help of the surrounding environment, which gives a visual and interactive sense so that the student and designer can check the design in the real environment and ensure the quality of the materials and their compatibility and suitability with the design
In addition, the exhibition displayed the students' projects that participated in prestigious local and international competitions such as the International Architecture Society Competition 2022, Egypt Dates Competition, Medicinal and Aromatic Plants Competition, and the Arab Star Pack Competition. Students’ participation in real projects that are being worked on in cooperation with various agencies such as The Holding Company for Tourism, Hotels and Cinema HOTAC and the Sednawy Company, selling manufactures and designing the visual identity of Fayoum Governorate were shown.
Additionally, a selection of projects that sought to achieve the goals of sustainable development of the United Nations, is suitable for future visions in various fields. The design has many possibilities that make the students of the Faculty of Arts and Design qualified to enter and even compete in many areas offered by the labour market.
Finally, the faculty honoured the great architect / Essam Safi El-Din - The Professor of Architecture at Egyptian universities for his all of his artwork.
