To achieve this, the students meticulously prepared brochures packed with crucial information on symptoms, signs, diagnostic procedures, as well as prevention and control methods. The event welcomed all pharmacy students, fostering a community-wide understanding of these microscopic challengers and empowering attendees with the knowledge to safeguard public health.
An enlightening event titled "Embark on a journey into the realm of the infectious invaders within us (Parasites & viruses)" was hosted by the Department of Microbiology and Immunology at the Faculty of Pharmacy.
The event was held in the grand Opera Hall of Building G, the event was orchestrated by the diligent efforts of the third-level Pharmacy students. Their primary aim was to raise awareness about the dangers posed by parasites and viruses, particularly concerning transmission in childhood, among individuals with autoimmune diseases, immunodeficiency, and those with frequent animal contact.
