MSA students presented this play, which is driven from the old Egyptian culture; named “One Thousand and One Nights. The play was displayed in English language even though it included some Arabic verses. Fifty MSA talented students participated in that performance as they acquired “Tiatro Benevento” prize in Italy few years earlier. The famous actor commended the performance of the students saying that even though he attended these shows several times around the world, but MSA students’ performance was unmatchable and one of a kind. He added that it’s expected as he used to follow the performance of “Dar El Tarbiah” students for quite a long time and that made him convinced that young people are always promising with that standard. As a matter of fact that performance reflects the students’ respect and love for their country. Sobhy requested that students might go on tour to all governorates of Egypt under sponsorship of Ministry of Culture where all revenues will be geared towards”Utopia Project to Develop Slums”. At the end, the Head of the Board of Trustees, Professor Dr Nawal El Degwi presented MSA Shield to Mohamed Sobhy for his conspicuous role of building and supporting young talents.
October University for Modern Sciences and Arts headed by the Board of Trustees Professor Dr Nawal El Degwi and accompanied by Professor Dr Khairy Abdel Hamid, MSA President and faculty members hosted the renowned actor Mohamed Sobhy as he attended the rehearsal of the most recent play by MSA students titled “Tell a Friend”, as they all pitched in to promote Egyptian Tourism by inviting all countries of the world to visit Egypt.
