According the cooperation protocol signed between October University for Modern Sciences and Arts and the New Valley Governorate, the New Valley Governorate started the ongoing construction work with the experiment of creating environmentally friendly housing units by using alternative environmental building materials.

This project is being implemented in light of the direction of MSA University and the New Valley Governorate to achieve the goals of sustainable development, and to find solutions that take into account the environmental dimension and help adapt to climate changes.
