MSA University is delighted and proud to be signing a cooperation protocol between the Egyptian Space Agency and the Faculty of Engineering to establish a satellite laboratory on the university campus

 

Today Prof. Nahid Sobhi, Dean of the Faculty of Engineering, signed a cooperation protocol with Prof. Dr. Mohamed Khalil al-Iraqi, Vice President of the Egyptian Space Agency, a cooperation protocol to establish a satellite laboratory at MSA University, and Eng. Wassim Issa, director of the satellite laboratories project, within the framework of transferring technology for manufacturing and designing a project The Egyptian satellite of the Egyptian Space Agency.

 

This will result in the Faculty of Engineering to become a pioneer in satellite technology and an active member of the Egyptian Space Program.

 

The Egyptian Space Agency delegation visited the new laboratory headquarters at MSA University, expressed their great admiration for the laboratory’s headquarters and its advanced equipment, and stated that the laboratory will be installed in July of this year, as well as training faculty members on various tests to implement and design the Egyptian satellite.
