Accelerate Your Research and Education through JoVE session

Within the framework of achieving the strategy of MSA University in raising the efficiency of students and providing the best and latest courses and study methods, The Postgraduate Studies and Scientific Research Committee at the Faculty of Pharmacy at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA University) held a session entitled "Accelerate Your Research and Education through JoVE (Journal of Visualized Experiments)" where the Faculty hosted Dr. Fatima El-Meligy - Regional Officer for North Africa and the Middle East.

The session presented many important features of this modern platform in the educational and research field by presenting scientific experiments in an innovative and interactive manner that relies on high-quality video techniques to document the correct ways to conduct these experiments. As a result, both faculty members and students can interact through those videos that have been scientifically and technically reviewed by distinguished scientists around the world in the field of chemical and biological sciences, genetics, and other pharmaceutical fields, and then develop and upgrade the educational process.

Finally, on the research side, the platform provides an innovative way to publish scientific research away from the traditional methods of publishing, where the researcher documents their laboratory experiments using video techniques and attaches them to his scientific research as a refereed scientific publication. Therefore, it opens new horizons in ways to publish scientific research and a better way to correctly repeat various experiments safely.
