Trip Details:
- Dates: January 23, 2025 – January 30, 2025
- Accommodations: Five-star hotels in both cities
- Madinah Hotel: Emaar Royal, including three nights with breakfast
- Makkah Hotel: Edres Jabal Omar, including four nights with breakfast
- Travel Itinerary: Direct flights from Cairo to Madinah and return from Jeddah to Cairo
- Accommodation Cost: EGP 49,000 per person for quad-room occupancy
Eligibility and Requirements:
Participants must ensure they meet the following requirements:
- A passport valid for at least one year from the departure date
- Three personal photos (female participants should wear a hijab in photos)
- Travel permit for students within conscription age
- A deposit of EGP 15,000 paid to the Arab Bank after completing the registration form
Additional Notes:
- The estimated flight ticket price is EGP 14,000, with any price increase covered by the student. If the ticket price decreases, the difference will be refunded.
- The current exchange rate for the Saudi Riyal is set at EGP 13.00, with any fluctuations also accounted for by the participant.
