
MSA Mass Communication Students Win Best AI Project Award at “Al-Ahd 2025” Competition
Students from the Faculty of Mass Communication at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) achieved an outstanding milestone by winning the Best Artificial Intelligence Project Award at the prestigious “Al-Ahd 2025” competition, with their national campaign titled “Heroes of the Egyptian Armed Forces.”
This remarkable achievement was announced during an official ceremony held under the patronage and presence of H.E. Dr. Ashraf Sobhy, Minister of Youth and Sports, who praised the creativity and professionalism of MSA students and their ability to harness modern technologies in delivering powerful national messages and societal values.
The winning works included a collection of impactful media productions, reflecting deep appreciation for national values and the heroic stories of Egypt’s armed forces, produced by talented students under faculty supervision:

Officials and attendees emphasized that this achievement reflects the innovative spirit and national pride of MSA students, who continue to excel year after year in integrating artificial intelligence into media production for the service of meaningful social and national causes.
In recognition of her leadership and dedication, Prof. Dr. Amany Fahmy, Dean of the Faculty of Mass Communication, was honored during the ceremony for her continuous support and for fostering an environment that encourages the adoption of advanced AI technologies in media education.
All participating students were also honored, with the judging committee commending their submissions as “a powerful fusion of national sentiment and technological creativity.”
This achievement reaffirms MSA University’s commitment to nurturing creative, conscious, and technologically skilled media professionals capable of shaping the future of communication in Egypt and beyond.
