An exciting close competition with 25 contestants across 9 educational entities competed by presenting their topics in 10 minutes in front of the judging panel. Furthermore, the winners were selected by the selection from Judges under the presidency of Prof. Ayman Diab; Dean of the Faculty of Biotechnology, MSA University.

An added plus was the faculty’s very own Ziad Samy, placing 1st with a cash prize of 5000 LE and a training opportunity in Biotechnology labs at the Veterinary Hospital of the Armed Forces. In addition, the Faculty’s very own Youssef Mostafa placed 2nd with a cash prize of 2500 LE and a training opportunity in Biotechnology labs, at the Veterinary Hospital of the Armed Forces. And Finally, Sherouk Ibrahim from the Faculty of Science, Kafr El Sheikh University placed third, with a prize of 1000 LE and a training opportunity in Biotechnology labs at the Veterinary Hospital of the Armed Forces.
