Dear MSA Students

 

As the attendance of the University is shifted 50% between online sessions and classes on campus on a weekly basis and all sessions are being broadcasted via Zoom Video Webinar

 

And due to the emergency conditions that the world is going through resulted by the coronavirus which led to the excessive use of the Internet, resulting in slow download speeds and problems emerging with the Online Learning systems; and given that we have introduced new capabilities and additions to our E-Learning system and due to our continuous follow-up with your demands.

 

And because you are our prime concern and saving your time is a priority, MSA appointed a specialized team for technical support and immediate response to facilitate and solve all problems related to IT and E-Learning systems as quickly as possible
