MSA Students Training Committee Organizes Field Trip to Juhayna Factories

The Students Training Committee (MSA STC) at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts successfully organized an educational field trip to Juhayna Company, with the participation of 31 students from the Industrial and Mechatronics Engineering departments.

During the visit, students had the opportunity to tour two of Juhayna’s facilities: EgyFood Factory and Al-Dawleya Factory. The trip offered students a comprehensive insight into the stages of food production, quality control procedures, and the advanced technologies employed in modern manufacturing processes.

At EgyFood Factory, students observed the production process of yogurt (zabadi), including preparation, fermentation, and packaging stages. They also learned about the strict hygiene protocols and quality standards implemented to ensure the safety and consistency of the final product.

At Al-Dawleya Factory, students explored the juice production lines, gaining practical knowledge of processing, filling, and packaging using automated systems.

This field trip provided students with valuable exposure to real industrial environments, enhancing their understanding of large-scale production systems, automation technologies, and quality assurance practices within the food industry.

The Students Training Committee extends its gratitude to Juhayna Company for their warm welcome and invaluable support in enriching our students’ practical learning experience.
