MSA STC Hosts the 10th Round of Build Your Future with Leading Market Experts and Top Companies

In its ongoing efforts to support students and enhance their readiness for the labor market, October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA), through its Student Training Committee (MSA STC), successfully organized the 10th edition of “Build Your Future” — the largest professional career development event of its kind across Egyptian universities.

On the first day, the university hosted over 300 one-to-one interviews between students and representatives from leading companies in the Egyptian market, including:

(Huawei – Microsoft – Aria Technologies – Agility – Algioshy Steel – AVIDBeam – Systel Telecom)

The interviews covered:

🔹 Real job interviews for July 2025 graduates

🔹 Summer internship interviews for students graduating in 2026 and 2027

🔹 Mock interviews with technical evaluations and HR feedback for students from all academic levels

This immersive experience gave students valuable feedback and actionable insights, while also opening direct pathways to internship and employment opportunities.

The second day was specially tailored for students of the Faculty of Mass Communication, in coordination with MSA STC. The day featured professional evaluations of student projects and CV reviews conducted by two esteemed industry professionals:

-Mr. Osama Siam – HR Director, who provided practical guidance on crafting strong CVs and preparing for the job market.

-Mr. Mohamed Asaad – Creative Director, who offered artistic evaluations and shared inspiring perspectives on building a creative identity and career path in the media industry.

One of the most notable highlights of this round was the return of MSA alumni—who once participated as students in previous rounds of the event—now attending as representatives of major companies. This milestone reflects the lasting impact of “Build Your Future” on the professional journeys of MSA graduates.
