MSA Faculty of Dentistry Hosts Comprehensive Training for Nursing Staff in Collaboration with Giza Health Directorate

The Faculty of Dentistry at October University for Modern Sciences and Arts (MSA) organized a training course for ready nursing at the faculty.

This training course was where the members of the Sustainable Development Committee and the members of the Infection Control Committee gave lectures in two consecutive days to all nurses in the college on

1. The vision and mission of the college, the governing values and objectives of the college and the role of the quality assurance unit in the college
2. Infection control procedures in dental clinics and the teaching hospital
3. The ethics of the nursing profession and the communication skills of the nurse with her colleagues, doctors and sick students.
4. Presentation of a report on the attendance of the President of Al-Hakimat on the Scientific Day of the Faculty of Nursing, Cairo University

The training course was attended by 10 nurses of dental departments in health units and various government hospitals within Giza Governorate in response to the faculty’s invitation through the implementation of the terms of the Memorandum of Understanding and Joint Cooperation between the Faculty of Dentistry at MSA University and the Directorate of Health in Giza.
