Celebrating International Women's Day March 8

 

On Tuesday 8th March Online Webinar @ 6pm

The Sustainable Development Committee at the Faculty of Dentistry, Environmental Affairs and Community Service Development Sector holds an online webinar at 6 PM entitled “Women's International Day”.

 

The event will be divided into three lectures, each is 30 minutes long. Below are the details of every lecture provided within the webinar.

 

Lecture 1 entitled: Your Psychology Matters to Us

 

This lecture will be given by Dr. Nadia Mohammady, human development trainer. Your psychology Matters to Us lecture will discuss the topics such as the importance of women’s mental health and the reasons that may threaten women’s mental health and how to overcome them.

 

Lecture 2 entitled: The history of International Women's Day and its impact on women's rights

 

The second lecture will be given by Ms. Rasha Abdel Fattah, the lawyer at the High Appeal and the State Council. This lecture will discuss why 8th of March is the international women’s day, the impact of International Women's Day on supporting women's rights and models of influential Arab and Egyptian women characters

 

Lecture 3 entitled: Women's health in different stages of life

 

The third lecture will be given by Dr. Mona Abdel Muttalib, a consultant in general internal medicine and nutrition. This lecture will discuss the necessary check-ups for women, their perfect weight, proper nutrition at all ages, and appropriate exercise and necessary activities.
