Mission:
The Equality and Non-Discrimination Unit at MSA University is committed to promoting gender equality and advancing the status of women. The Unit works to develop and support inclusive social, cultural, and institutional frameworks that address existing gaps, integrate a gender perspective into academic and community practices, and contribute to the University’s role in achieving sustainable development in line with Egypt Vision and the National Strategy for the Empowerment of Egyptian Women 2030.
Objective:
- Promoting diversity and inclusion within the university community.
- Raising awareness of the culture of inclusion and non-discrimination.
- Organizing and coordinating workshops and lectures on diversity and non-discrimination in collaboration with university faculties and central departments.
